AI4OPT members recently visited Florida-based autonomous mobility solutions company, Beep's operational site in Cobb County, Georgia. Beep— Autonomous Mobility as a Service provider is known for its comprehensive and fully managed solutions.

During this visit, the team had the opportunity to see autonomous vehicles in action and even experience riding in one. This hands-on experience is vital in ensuring that our research at AI4OPT effectively addresses real-world challenges.

Through our partnership with Beep, AI4OPT has been able to engage with Chief Technology Officer Clayton Tino, Ph.D., and gage in conversations about technical specifications and operational possibilities.

Beep brought its expertise to Georgia through a collaboration with the Cumberland Community Improvement District. This partnership marks a significant step forward in revolutionizing transportation options in Cumberland, GA, situated along I-75 in the thriving northwest corridor of the greater Atlanta Region and serving as an edge city in Cobb County.

The primary objective is to provide enhanced connectivity, sustainability, and convenience to the business community, residents, and visitors.
