On June 14-18, AI4OPT, with the help of RAMC and SAM teams at Georgia Tech, will offer the Seth Bonder camp for historically-black and minority-serving high schools. The camp is partially funded through generous gifts of the Seth Bonder Foundation and partly by the NSF Artificial Intelligence Institute for Advances in Optimization (AI4OPT). The camp is intended to high-school students with little or no experience in computer science and computer programming. It covers the basic concepts of computer programming and applies them to various disciplines, including the social sciences, optimization, machine learning, and computational biology.
